Years of hosting retreat groups and individual guests created a direct understanding of how people arrive, settle, eat, move, connect, withdraw and recover inside a hospitality environment.
Food, movement, retreat programming, guest rhythm, shared space and recovery were experienced together, observed together and continuously refined through use.
Hikkaduwa is presented as an operating reference. Its role is to demonstrate lived hospitality experience, guest insight and operating learning.
